Plantscaping Services in Mumbai — Transforming Corporate Spaces, One Plant at a Time
Mumbai’s offices, hotels, co-working spaces, and commercial properties are changing. Companies across BKC, Andheri, Powai, Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, and even the fast-emerging Palghar corridor are investing in plantscaping — not as decoration, but as a business decision. Research consistently shows that biophilic workspaces improve employee productivity by up to 15%, reduce absenteeism, and leave a lasting impression on every client who walks through the door.
Interioforest brings award-winning plantscaping expertise from Pune and Bangalore directly to Mumbai. With 500+ completed projects, 8+ years of experience, and 2 national awards in 2026 — including the Most Innovative Plantscaping Firm of the Year — we are now your trusted green partner for Mumbai’s most demanding commercial and corporate environments.
Whether you need office plants on rent with full AMC, a stunning vertical garden for your lobby, terrace landscaping for your housing society, or a complete biophilic design consultation — Interioforest delivers end-to-end plantscaping solutions across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Our Plantscaping Services in Mumbai
We offer a complete range of plantscaping and green design services tailored for Mumbai’s corporate, commercial, and residential environments. Each service has a dedicated page with detailed information — click to explore:
Office Plantscaping & Plants on Rent with AMC
The most popular choice for Mumbai’s corporate offices. Instead of buying plants and managing upkeep yourself, rent a curated collection of premium indoor plants — Pothos, Peace Lily, Areca Palm, ZZ Plant, Snake Plant — and let our team handle everything. Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers weekly watering, fertilising, pest control, and plant replacement if any plant deteriorates. Serving offices across BKC, Nariman Point, Andheri East & West, Powai, Malad, Goregaon, Lower Parel, and Navi Mumbai.
Vertical Garden Installation — Indoor & Outdoor
A vertical garden (also called a green wall or living wall) transforms any blank wall into a living, breathing statement. Ideal for hotel lobbies, restaurant entrances, corporate reception areas, co-working spaces, and high-end residential towers. We handle full installation — frame, irrigation system, growing medium, and plant selection — and offer ongoing AMC so your green wall stays lush year-round. Mumbai’s humidity makes vertical gardens particularly vibrant and easy to maintain.
Hotel, Restaurant & Hospitality Plantscaping
Mumbai’s hospitality industry is fiercely competitive. A well-designed plantscaping scheme in your lobby, restaurant, rooftop bar, or banquet hall sets the ambiance before a single word is spoken. We work with 5-star hotels, boutique properties, fine dining restaurants, and cafés to create immersive green environments — from curated potted arrangements to full biophilic design installations. Our hospitality packages include design consultation, installation, and monthly maintenance visits.
Terrace, Podium & Outdoor Landscape Design
Premium residential towers, commercial complexes, and gated communities across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai require outdoor green spaces that impress residents and visitors alike. Our landscape design team creates terrace gardens, podium green areas, entrance landscaping, and rooftop retreats that withstand Mumbai’s coastal climate — the salt air, the heavy monsoon, and the heat. We source plants and materials that thrive specifically in MMR conditions, ensuring your landscape looks beautiful in every season.
Palghar & MMR Expansion Zone — Plantscaping
Palghar is emerging as Mumbai’s most exciting new commercial corridor — and Interioforest is already here. With the Navi Mumbai International Airport under construction, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train station at Boisar, and massive SEZ and industrial expansion underway, Palghar will house hundreds of new corporate campuses, hotels, and commercial facilities over the next decade. We are the first specialist plantscaping company actively serving Palghar, Boisar, Virar, and the Vadhvan port corridor.
Why Mumbai Businesses Choose Interioforest
There are dozens of plant vendors and local nurseries in Mumbai. Here is why discerning corporate and commercial clients choose us.
Awards 2026
We hold two national awards from 2026: Most Innovative & Futuristic Plantscaping Firm of the Year, and Trusted & Visionary Entrepreneur of the Year awarded to our founder Saibal Chakraborty. No other plantscaping company in Mumbai can make this claim.
Our AMC-backed plant rental model means you never worry about wilting plants, repotting, pest attacks, or replacements. Our trained horticulturists visit on schedule — your plants stay beautiful or we replace them at no extra cost.
With active operations in Pune, Bangalore, and now Mumbai — and a dedicated team for the MMR region — we bring the scale of a pan-India company with the accountability of a local team.
Unlike plant-hire vendors who simply drop off pots, Interioforest approaches every space as a design project. We study your floor plan, lighting conditions, ceiling heights, brand palette, and foot traffic patterns before recommending a plantscaping scheme.
As Palghar grows into Mumbai's next major commercial hub, Interioforest is already established here. Businesses setting up in Palghar, Boisar, and the Vadhvan corridor can work with us from day one.
Our office plant rental packages start at ₹3,500 per month for small offices. We provide a written quote before any commitment — no surprise costs.
How Our Plantscaping Process Works
Our Mumbai team visits your office, hotel, or commercial space for a free consultation. We assess natural light, AC layout, available space, and your brand aesthetic. Takes 30–45 minutes with no obligation.
Within 3–5 working days, we send you a detailed proposal — visual layout showing plant placement, species selection with photos, AMC terms, and a clear pricing breakdown.
Our trained installation team handles the complete setup — pots, plants, stands, irrigation (for vertical gardens), and structural elements. Most offices done in a single working day with zero disruption.
Your dedicated horticulturist visits weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — as per your package. Watering, fertilising, pest checks, pruning, and plant replacements are all covered.
